Help my bala shark's eye is glazed.....

Hi-I just noticed (feeding time lights come on) that my biggest bala shark's eye is protuding a bit and completely glazed over
I think when he got scared he scraped it on a rock......I read the other post about the half glazed eye on another bala shark, but what worries me is that when researching i read that they can get popeye from injury......

my water parameters are all normal (I just did a water changed yesterday)

Can anyone help please!!!!!! He is my fave fishy and I am just about getting him a 55 gallon tank! I would feel just awful if he died before he got to move!

Can anyone suggest anything that can fix this, and not harm my other fish?! I would move to a hospital tank t treat, bu my hospital tank is only 5 gallons (and he is nearly 7 inches long!)

Im having the same problem! I just bought my 2nd bala shark about a week ago... he has been healthy and happy until yesterday. I noticed his eye was slightly grey... today his eye is protruding and completely glazed over! I'm not happy about my sharks condition but I am happy that Im not the only one with this problem!!

Please help us and out fish!

Add half dose of melafix.
If the eye get worse you might need to add an internal bacteria med.
