You would have to get your mum to ring the vets and say one of my angels has internal parasites, is it possible to perscribe some Metronidazole


Or just buy the wormer plus online and see how the fish go.

i'm not sure its worms though... I can't see any, and arnt they normally visable?

No there not always visable.
Signs of internal worms are.
Red inflamed anus or enlarged anus.
Long stringy white poo, or clear mucas poo.
Being thin or bloated.
Worms prutruding from the anus.

Ok. So if i buy the metronidazole, or a med with it in it, and also add a general bactereal infection med, they should be ok?
What general bacteria med do you think would be good? It would be better if i could get it from my LFS.
What are the chances of my fish recovering? Should i just take them back to the LFS? I have had them about 3 days.

Best bacteria meds are the anti internal bacteria med by interpet.

Still need readings for ammonia, nitrite & nitrate, tank temperature as well. You may have a problem with the kribs being a little nippy, causing fin damage. A divider or another tank will help with this.

With any problems water changes can't hurt, and will help with any fin damage. If they are eating I would go this route first.

This is a good example of why a quar tank is a good idea, at this point it could be nipping, stress related, something they caught from your existing stock, or something they had when you bought them and just exposed your existing stock to.
