HI

I'm new to this site and looking for a bit of help and advice!

I've had my smaller tank set up for the last 10 months and everythings going great - so great in fact I've caught the bug and bought a bigger tank (180 litres). I set the tank up last night to start the cycling process but I'm unsure of how and when to introduce my fish from the smaller tank. Should I treat this the same way I did when I started up?? Can any one help??

Here's a list of fish I have in my smaller tank:

1 x betta
2 x pearl gorami
2 x dwarf gorami
2 x zebra danio
4 x minnow

Thanks! :)

Hi lis
If I was you I wouldnt move any of the fish until your new tank has cycled although zebra danio and white cloud minnows are tough fish
I would advise you to post the question again in the beginners or chitchat section where you will probably get more expert advice than I can give you
Good luck :D

Hi Weaver

Thanks for the reply. I haven't moved any of the fish yet as the tank has only been set up for a couple of days. I think my main concern is actually moving the fish - do I move them all at once or do I move them a couple at a time.

I've posted to the other sections to see what advice I get there.

Thanks again

Lis
