Help Moving The Fry

HI ladies and gents.
I was wondering whats the best way to move the fry (week old).
I currently keep them in Breeder Net and seems it needs good cleaning.
I do have a Breeding trap i want to move them into while i clean it.
Originally (newly born) i used a turkey basin to fish them out and put them in a breeding net, but they are a bit larger now so i dont want to damage them.
Breeder net is quiet large so i cant just flip it underwater into breeding trap without loosing fry's. I realize that nets an option too, I just want to reduce unnessesary stress.

So whats your guys best practices of moving fry's around without much damage or stress ?

I usually have my fry in a breeding box but when i need to clean it i use about a foot wide bucket and submerge it in my tank and then move the breeding box into it and slowly dump my fry into it under the water and then take the bucket out or leave it in the tank, clean the box and put the fry back in. has worked for me.
