Help: Medication Advice Needed For Pleco

Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help.

We have a pleco who has growths on his mouth. They have recently got worse to the point where they look like they are restricting his mouth. They are pale and resemble warts/cauliflower florets.

This is an ongoing issue and periodically the lesions fall off only to grow back again.

We are currently trying Melafix but I doubt this will have any effect.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
