Help Me

I am new to the world of tropical fish and one of my female guppy's is either unwell or pregnant.
All of the other fish are fine, she looks huge but i cannot see the black spot things near her anal fin, she is very dark in colour so i can't really tell if she has the black spots or not??
I have been and bought a 3in1 breeding trap to put her in. Will she kill her own young or should she be seperate from them?? Thats if she is pregnant!!!

If you're not sure she is pregnant, do not put her in a breeding trap. I prefer not to use breeding traps at all as it causes stress on the fish, causing her to possibly abort fry. What color is the fish? Gravid spots are generally quite visible on most colored fish as long as they are not too dark in color? As far as size, she should look quite box-like from the rear. If you're not sure, feed some deshelled, microwaved peas after you smoosh them up a bit. It helps relieve constipation which might explain a larger than normal size due to bloating.
