Help Me With My Female Guppy

Please help me with my female guppy. She has been releasing her babies for 3 days now.
I'm a new owner and have only experienced baby guppies one other time. The female is very
lethargic and her belly is turning white where it was once black. I don't want her to be in pain.
What do I need to do

It sounds like she is extreamly stressed out, thats common in most females when they are giveing birth, especially over an extended period like yours. Is she in a breeder trap? If so you must remove her immediately. Is she still dropping fry? If your not seeing any fry falling from her she may be backed up by a stuck fry. What is the setup like where you have her?

Also, if she is still dropping fry, she might be stressed delaying the process as Guppy Dude said... do you keep the light on alot? maybe try going a day without the light on, could decrease something causing her stress during the day like a fish chasing her or something.
