Could you help me to decide which of these fishes I take to my 33 us gallon tanks? What is your favourite of these and why?

1. Cockatoo cichlid, Apistogramma cacatuoides
2. Goldeneye cichlid, Nannacara anomala
3. Croaking gourami, Trichopsis vittata
4. Badis, Badis badis
Or should I take something totally different?

Tank I'm planning to take this fish is
33 us gallons, planted
pH 7.5
KH 7dH
GH 8 dH
temperature 24C = 75F
NO3 0
Other fishes: 15 lambchop rasboras, 4 Gastromyzon loaches, 1 bristlenose, 2 guppies.

Why do you feel the need to add anything more? Your tank looks pretty full already by the listing really. You need to work out the total length of them fish as adults, add them together and see what number you get. Bear in mind the general rule is 1inch per gallon per fish (Did I say that right?!) . Anything over that and you're heading into overstocking territory and that can cause water issues down the line.

P.

Well, I have 33 adult inches of fish in the tank now. But nitrate is 0 and I change 50% of water weekly so I think this tank can handle more fishes. And top of that I don't believe to inch/gallon rule. :D I've succesfully kept much more fishes in many tanks.

Would a gouramy be better choise because I have those loaches. Loaches are so small, kind and stupid and cichlids can be aggressive when breeding. I think so. What do you think? :)

Oh, and I really don't have any must adding any fishes. But don't every aquarist want something new every now and then. ;)

Edit: I just noticed you are a HIM fan Miss Dib Dabs. I like them too, thought I don't like Ville's looks. Finnish guys are often funny looking.
