Help Me Set Up A Betta Tank?

So I'm going to set up my very first betta tank and I need help

It is a 30l biorb - will the flow from the bubbles be okay for a betta?

What tank mates can I have? I wanted cories but I imagine they would hate the ceramic media you have to use instead of gravel in biorbs. Ideally I would like something for the bottom of the tank - I want the betta to be the main focus of the tank.

What plants can I get that bettas like and will be okay in the ceramic media instead of gravel?

Is there anything in particular bettas like in their tanks?

The flow should be fine for a betta.

How about shrimp for the bottom? I personally like Amano's.

How about silk plants? They aren't real but they won't rip the betta's fins like plastic plants could.

Is there anything in particular bettas like in their tanks?

Betta's like things to rest on because of their long fins tiring them out easily.
