Help Me Find A Plant!

Basically, I went to East Harling Swallow Aquatics yesterday and in a big display tank they had these strange lilly plants... They went from the bottom to the tank right to the top and were red.

The bloke said they sell them in their bulb form and you have to grow them yourself.

Could anybody post pictures and names please?

nymphaea rubra is plain red leaves. nymphaea zenkeri has speckled leaves - green varieties can also be obtained.
