Help me choose my tank!

Are these good for a 105L (~28G) planted tank at 25ºC? Or are there any problems between them?
The shrimp, snails and corys are almost 100% bc I love them, idk if I should get otocinclus too because I love them a lot too...

Do you know how hard your water is? All the fish on your list are soft water fish which won't do well if you have hard water. Here in the UK tap water hardness is given on our water provider's website. I don't know if it's the same in Spain but you could try looking there first. You need a number rather than vague words, and the unit of measurement as there are several different units for hardness.

Where I'm from tap water has to be less than 110 mg/L or 80-100 ppm and when I test stripped it was around 100. I also have a lot of tannins and it's the first day mesurements so it may lower with time too
