Whats your tap ph reading.
How long did you climatise the new fish.
What was the ph of the lfs.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Does the fish look pale or darker in colour.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Is the fish resting to onside on the bottom of the tank.

What type of rocks do you have in your tank and substrate.
Something making your ph go up in the tank.

Did you add tank water to the bag water.
Always test bag water in ph and check temp in bag water to see how long you climatise for.

Any excess mucas on gills or body of fish.

He could be abit stressed due to the move.

I would remove the rocks if you don't know which type they are.

thanks i think ill do that and ill keep that in mind thank you so much for your advice!

thnk you so much i took the rock out last night and the ph was 7.2 this morning, i have done another water change 20% to be on the safe side and also added anti bacterial as her eyes look a bit big, but im not sure as not seen it before! she seems much happier now and has come out of hiding!

So it was the rocks making the ph go higher.

How are the fish acting. Are they ok.
