Help In Identification Desease?

Please help me, I'm have problems, in last two days, I lost two poecilia (guppy). I post picture od sick fish on one aquaristic forum but people there don't know whats hapen. I don't know parameters of water in my fish tank, It have 60 liters volume and its run last two months. It's one year old actualy, but I make cleaning and desinfection in begin of december 2006.
I change 25 liters of water every ten days, inside live 12 poecilia, one ancitrus, one betta splenders, and four days ago I add two botia macracanthus.

Tank inhabitants: 12 poecilia (guppy); 1 ancitrus, 1 betta splenders,

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): 2 botia macracanthus, four days ago

Go to your local LFS and get the water levels tested, it could be nitrate poisioning.

To fix this do regular water changes, about 20% every 2 days for a week.

But get that water tested first and foremost.

Right we need to know your stats so take a sample of your water to the lfs.
The symtoms of the fish are pointing towards tb so need to ask some questions.
The bloodspots is septicemia.
Has the fish lost weight due to not eating.
Also with fish tb they can blow up dropsy.
Also bad water can cause some of these symtoms so need to take a look at them to rule fish tb out.
