help id'ing my new fish

i brought 4 fish that are about an inch in length. they are blue and yellow with some v small black markings. the outside of there fins are yellow and they have a blue tinge. sorry i cant get any pics at the mo but will try. i think they begin with a C.

Can you identify the group they belong too - ie: are they cichlids, tetras, danios, loaches, catfish etc...? Or could you get a picture? I'm sure you are aware that you shouldn't buy fish without knowing what you're getting first so I won't lecture you on it but do try to research beforehand in future.

i knew what they were and checked what size etc they grow too...... i think they are a form of tetra but may be bit big

Sound like Blue Rams.."C" could stand for Cichlids.

its none of them. i cant get a pic camera is too blurry. they look like giant lampeyes but are about an inch in lenght and have a yellow stripe down middle with a tinge. there not danios
