Help Identifying Fish....

hey all! i got a sweet looking cichlid from my LFS....the guy said he didn't know where he came from, nor what kind he is....any takers? he seems to be adapting well in my peacock tank, though he is quite smaller than most fish in there, i can only assume he is pretty aggressive....any info would be great! thanks!
