Help identify this little fella

Soz pic not great. He was being avasive as soon as camera came out. i assume he's some knd of catfish. Got a stripy zebra tail.

Does it have long whiskers?

Where does it's mouth face?

tried again with the pic no luck might give it another go. It has long whiskers and it's mouth sort of points forward.

Think he's aflag-tail catfish. Anyone know much about them?
