Help Ich In Saltwater!

what can i use to treat a saltwater tank with invertebrates in it such as a starfish and a featherduster! no one in the marine chat is responding. please try and help because i don't want to wait too long! (has to be available in the US)

As taught me to by wiseman SkiFletch, lower your specific gravity to 1.019 and feed the fish with a garlic supliment.

thanks for the advice guys! can you tell me any more about the garlic treatment? what kind of garlic do you use? and for how long should i do this?
