Help - Ich (I Think!)

A couple of my fish are displaying signs of Ich. One of my Clown Loach and both of my Puffers have small white specks on them. I presume this is Ich.

What is the best thing to do? Just run a course of Ich medicine on the tank? It's 240 litres with Red Eye Tetra, Plecs, Puffers, Clown Loach and Sterbai Cory.

you can only kill white spot while it is floating around the tank
so turning up the temp in the tank will speed up the cycle
you should do a water change about 25 percent
and then treat with a half does of white spot meds (clown loaches can not tolarate a full dose)
i like melafix and pimafix there natural and you can use them together. i try them before i get on to the harder meds
you should remove any carbon in your filter while treating.
