What test kit are you using.

Any excess mucas on the fish gills or body.
The purple stomach does it look like bruising.
The white spot on the head how big is it any redness to the spot.
Any tiny white spots on the body or fins.
Any signs of darting or trying to jump out of tank.
Any red pin prick marks on the fish.
Do the fish swim in an odd manor like a jerky movement.
What does it look like when your fish go to the toilet.
Is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed.

Bent spine can be injury, old age, internal parasites, fish tb, vitamin deficiency.

Sounds like a parasite with bacterial infection.
The bent spine throwing me abit.

What test kit are you using. (tetra Pond/ Liquid)

Any excess mucas on the fish gills or body. Nope
The purple stomach does it look like bruising. Not sure :( It looks like the scales are sore
The white spot on the head how big is it any redness to the spot. Just rechecked- its on the fin, no redness
Any tiny white spots on the body or fins. Above, only 1 fish has a white spot, the others are bent spine and purple body.
Any signs of darting or trying to jump out of tank. Darting, Swimming at the top
Any red pin prick marks on the fish. Nope
Do the fish swim in an odd manor like a jerky movement. When they were in the community tank they were flicking alot, in the sand and plants
What does it look like when your fish go to the toilet. Dont know

The bent spine throwing me abit.

They are in a 20l Isolation storage box atm

If the spot on the fin is the size of a grain of salt it sounds like whitespot.

Need to keep a look out for when the fish goes to the toilet.
Any worms prutruding from the anus.

Is the spot the size of a grain of salt.
Do any fish look skinny with the bent spine.

What's your location.

Yep, it looks like a grain of salt. The fish with the 'bent spine' looks like they have eaten something BIG and its stuck in its body.

Scotland

Ok.

For now I would treat the fish for whitespot. Anti whitespot med by interpet.

Might be best to end the misery of the fish with the bent spines.

You will need to worm your tank with an internal wormer as it sounds like it could be internal parasites as there showing some signs.

Bent spine, being bloated, red inflamed anus.

Thanks Wilder for the help, Will get onto buying the meds tommorrow. How do i *kill* the fish, i dont really want to but it looks sad.

The one with the bent spine is now wobbeling when its swimming, it can keep its balance, is he dying? :(

Any red pin prick marks on the fish, Just noticed, the one with the bent spine and inflammed anus has a few red thread like lines just above its anus.

The fish will the bent spince how old is it.
Danio spines can bend with old age.

The symtoms are pointing towards a number of things. Internal parasites, fish tb.Need to rule out the bent spine is not caused by old age.

Red pin prick marks can be parasites, septiceimia.

I brought them about 5-6 months ago from the LFS, they may be older as there was lots of Danios in the tank.

Ok.
There a number of problems.

I would forget the anti whitespot med and instead get esha exit and esha 2000 med. You can mix the esha meds.

Keep a look out for when your fish go to the toilet.

They all died, Checked on them in the morning before ui could go out to buy the meds. But underneath the 3 of them there was something yellow.
