You need to buy some test kits that test for ammonia, nitrate and nitrite and post your stats as your mollys could just be having a slime coat reaction to water quality issues. I would go and buy some anti fungal med and treat the fish only after you have tested your water quality as most fish problems come down to water quality.
What temp is the tank set at?
