Help Help Help My Babys White Spot Wont Go Done Everything I Can

HELP i have a real bad case of white in my baby fish tank and have lost 1 so far ive done water changes ,ive put pimafix in ,salt .but to top it of ive seen 2x baby guppys with like a black gravid spot at the back end of them there under an inch long please help i dont have a spare tank unless i take my sailfin mollys out the mating tank and put them back in the big tank what should i do

i have now moved my sailfin mollys out of mating tank and put my pregnant large guppy in that tank and left my babys in there tank i have alot of white stuff like powder i dont know what it is

weres that?

i have a sponge air filter in baby tank are the top ment to be in the water or out ?
