Help! Guppy Looks In Pain >.>

There was no white edging, just some splits in the tail, the other fish do seem peacefull, im wondering if he got trapped somewhere....

Sorry it was another member who said white edging.
Seen my guppys tails go like that overnight, just make sure it not fin nippers.

Ok i have found out the cause of my problems. 2 of the Emporor Tetras have become agressivley territorial over the rock on the right hand sid. Im wondering wether its a male and a female that have layed eggs there or something, but all the other fish are staying on the left of the tank. If any go near them they are getting attacked, my gold guppy now has a tail tear aswell.

The emporors are going back today, its not fair just sending back 2 of them so all 5 will be replaced.

Glad you found your culprit.
You need good community fish with guppys, no fin nippers.

Is the tank fully cycled? Just wondering since you said you were new to this, if maybe you didn't know about cycling. A lot of what you have said sounds like it could be due to ammonia in the water from an uncycled tank. Although it could be as you have said and the emporer tetras have caused it (since I have not had them before I don't know), I thought it would be worth bringing up. The emporers could just be picking on other fish that are already weakend from the ammonia.
