Help - Fish Not Happy

We have a new tank and all has been ok for a week until today when I topped up with two capfuls of 'Nutrifin Cycle' this was lunch time and now suddenly I have lost one Danio and another is well on the way.

Water test says only thing that is slightly out is NO2 which should show pale white but is pale pink.

PLEASE PLEASE Help

I do not want to wake up and find them all dead

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Sounds like the tanks cycling so fish will die to bad water quality.
Do you have a ammonia and nitrate reading.
Is the nitrite level about 03 then.
Increase aeration in the tank.
Water change of 20 to 30%.

ide say its cycling still, try melafix to prevent any diesease every day check every day for ragid fins (fin rot)
