Help Fish Keep Diyeing

help plz my dad changed his water in his tank its been fine for a few days now we are starting to find fish dead plz wat can we do to stop it

We need more detail to give any sort of useful advice, info such as ...

• Tank size?
• Was the filter cycled before fish were added?
• How much water does your dad usually change and how often?
• Has the tank water been tested recently using a liquid test kit, to test for ammonia; nitrite; nitrate?
• Was the most recently added new water drastically different in terms of chemistry or temperature, compared to other water changes?
• Any signs of illness on the fish (spots, patches, fin damage, growths etc.)?
