Help! Fish Have Disease

My kissing gourami has one fin clasped to his side and the fin looks white and ragged, my other gourami has whiteness coming out on top of his head. I only put these fish in 2 days ago - my tank had cycle had matured for 4 weeks with no fish and I tested for nitrite, nitrate, ph and ammonia before I put them in - all ok. Since then my nitrate level is slightly high at 40-50 but that is it! What shall I do? I do not want to watch them all die (I have tetras too)

Is the white on the head look bleached out or fluffy.
