Is her eye bulging out as that popeye.
Can't see the gravid spot.

Eye could be bulging a little, although doesn't sound totally like symptoms described from a few sites via google search. However I see that if it is popeye it could be a byproduct of bacterial infection among other things, so perhaps that treatment would help

Maracyn for popeye aswell. Get you some info.

Keep an eye on water stats as maracyn can knock them.
