Help Finding Light

I cannot for the life of me, find a 24" long light, that will make my 20 gallon high tank suitable for a low tech planted tank. All the lights I find make me over 2wpg, except for this: http/www.thatpetplace.com/Products/KW/F3...2/Itemdy00.aspx

But I'm afraid the lgith color will be too blue and promote algae.


If anybody could find me a suitable light (complete with hood, not just a bulb) that would be really great!! (PS: the website would need to ship to the US though).
