This the second time I have the same problem.

I got a blue dwarf gourami. It looked fine in the store. But on the second day I got it home, it developed a enlarged belly and always floated on the surface of the water. And very rapidly, it is getting worse. Now it is just hanging on the top of the tank and seems very difficult to move. I think it is dying. I put it in salt water.

Please, let me know what is wrong and how I cam save the poor guy. THANKS!

O.K. The poor guy just died. I am too late to ask. But I still would like to know why.

Every thing is good with my water. My other fish is good. I do a 25% change of water every 3 days. I feed them with BetaMin.

I keep other fish alive(including a red dwarf gourami), but just can not do it with blue gourami.
