Help! Dropsy?

Our main tank has been being treated for whitespot for about a week and a half now, everything in the tank is looking fine apart from one of the German Rams. Past few days, I noticed her getting quite bloated then this evening came in and I'm almost positive her scales are now sticking out. I can't move her out the tank, I don't have a tank set up that she would survive in, she's still got whitespot as well so the full tank is still being treated for it. What do I do?

Just to run down

- Treating for whitespot 7-10 days, and still ongoing.
- Ram still covered in whitespot
- Bloated
- 75% sure scales are sticking out
- Tankmates listed in signature, except a Gold Spot Pleco and another mystery pleco(some sort of BN)
- No loss of appetite
- Colour loss

do a search around for epsom salt bath. it draws the fluid out. you can find epsom salts at the pharmacy (or even the grocery store) and they are cheap!
i do not remember the mix recipe otherwise id tell you. it is something around 1 Tbs/gallon but im not sure
you put the fish in for up to 30 min at a time.
