How bad is the ulcer? Can you post a pic? What are your water stats?

Myxazin would be my med of choice for Ulcers, and is safe to use with Discus IME :good:

75l is a very small tank for Discus. Is this a QT/Breeding system? If so, what is the other stock (if any) ATM by way of Fry or other fish that are ill?

All the best
Rabbut

HI AND SORRY RABBUT my lapy has been down for a few days thanks for your help ph 7.0 / nitrate 0 / nitrite 0 / ammonia 0 and i was just on about the measure on the med bottle my tank is 6x2x2 and planted the other fish has gone now couldnt afford to lose 600 pounds of fish so got rid all fish look ok now just worried about meds i can use with my discus thanks Rabbut

Ulcers are pink or red with a circling of dead white tissue around the edges. They can also be caused by external parasites.
Also anti internal bacteria med by interpet treats ulcers.

thanks for that wilder hopefully i dont need to do it but i know what to use now with my discus just keep an eye on them and if so i will treat them now i no what meds to use thanks again for all the help that why this is a great forum people here to help all the time :good: :good: :good:

Ulcers can clear with large regular waterchanges as the only treatment IME. I would avoid the Interpet med where possible, it's only just weak enough to still be legal on the market here in the UK, and has an awful habbit of up-setting the bio-filter IME  If it gets worse, dose the Myxazin to start and use the Interpet med if Myxazin dose not work :good:
