I SEE ONE OF MY TETRA FIsh i think the emperor tetra it HAS A LUMP ON THE TOP OF ITS MOUTH IT LOOKS GROSS!!!! Like a Cold sore on a human...wtf.. i need help, remove the fish or not?

Heya, test your tank, can you provide stats on your water quality and give us some idea of the history of this fish and your tank?( see pinned topic above for a template that outlines the main info we need to best help you).
Without knowing any more, if you think your fish can handle the stress (ie if he is still moving and not kind of comatose), all i can suggest is that you remove him to a qt (quarantine or hospital tank- with a mature filter-) so your other fish do not get ill, either by disease spreading, or by changing water quality caused by your sick fish. You can probably safely do a water change now to keep your water quality high, this will help all your fish hang on until we can get you more thorough advice.

If i were you i would do some research on hole-in-the-head and other diseases, many of them have pics so you can compare. If you have had your tank for just 4 days, does that mean you haven't cycled? (check out cycling links in the new to fishkeeping areas of this forum). If you have an uncycled tank, this will be your biggest problem, and possibly the cause of your fishes illness. It will also make water changes all the more crucial.....frequent (like at least once per day) water changes, untill your fish starts to look better and you can look at cycling your tank properly (the water changes will slow down your cycle, but if you have a sick fish, you have no other option.)
If your tank is not cycled, i strongly suggest you return all your healthy fish immediately (very serious on this point, although it may seem harsh), and use the store credit/money to buy some Bactinettes (UK), or Bio-Spira (US) that has been refrigerated at all times. If it's not in the fridge, it will not work. It is generally believed that these are the only two bacteria products that work. They are not medication for your sick fish, that is a seperate issue, they will help to cycle your tank and prevent your fish choking on their own waste. keep us posted and we will try to help you and your fish, and check out some of the common fish disease pics in the pinned threads.
If i were you, i would go do a water change with water treated with dechlorinator right now.....hope this helps.

yes i just changed 50% of the tank im planning to do water changes frquently until my tank is fully cycled im going to cycle it with the fishes.

ok, keep up with the water changes, try to take your fish back to a different lfs, and please don't be racist! -_-
omg i saw it it looked so ugly god.. its like 3 small little things in his mouth and a little blood hold on ill get a good camera

You might want to research hole-in-the-head disease, and ulcers in the pinned topic above. Try dosing with Melafix to help if it is a bacterial infection, and to help your fishes' natural healing.
