Hi, I am new to this hobby and have a 20 gal for over three months now. Sorry I do not have any specs on my water parameter at the moment. I have a full planted tank (3WPG, CO2 injected, substrate, and DIY canister filter) and all the fishes are doing well except for one of danioes. The only two problems that worry me are that it's not eating during feeding time (or have any interest in the food while the other two danios don't mind) and it is much skinnier than the other two. Other than that, it seems very normal to me. It plays with other fishes and swim around the tank mormally. I feel really bad for the fish for its current state and hoping someone in here have some suggestion or guidance to improve its condition. Many thanks in advanced.

Well, he must be eating something if he has survived for a month :)

In my experiences, Danios are incredibly hardy fish that eat readily. Maybe try offering some bloodworm or mosquito larvae.

Has he gone thin through not eating, need to answer that question as its important, for now try some frozen foods on him, what do you normally feed your fish.

Thank you for your help. I am currently feeding them Hikari cichlid gold pellets (once a week) and Wardley tropical fish flakes (daily). I tried to find some dry brine shrimp last time but did not find it in the store. Any particular brand or type of food other than the ones given from earlier reply that you would recommend? Thank you

I would be bored of a load of dried foods, they cause constipation.
Buy a quitet pack of frozen foods from the lfs they have 5 different foods in them, good value for money,
Bloodworms, brimestrimp, daphnia which is very good for digesting the fish food, microworms, and black worms.
