I just woke up and looked in my tank and one of my corys is in the corner lying on its side. Any ideas what is wrong and what I should do? Everything else is fine. I did lose one of my guppies about 3 days ago but all parameters are in order.

Just did a 50% WC and it swam away from the corner to the center of the tank. No longer on its side but it looks weak.

What other fish do you have? How are they behaving?
If using liquid API, did you shake nitrate bottle #2 to death (>30 sec), and the test tube (> 1min)?
I'd do another 50% change, try to match the temps to reduce stress.

Ive got 3 other corys(same type)
3 red eyes( I know I need more)
5 cherry barbs
6 neons
And yes I shook the nitrate to death
I recently upgraded my filter from a quietflow 10 to an acuaclear 50. I don't think that caused this though. I made sure to put old media in the new one and I've been monitoring parameters since.
All the other fish are acting completely normal.

The guppy just started resting under one of my water sprite plants in the substrate. It was breathing kinda hard. Then I went to sleep thinking I would see if it was better in the morning. When I woke up it was in the same spot dead.

Can you take a longer video please, of the whole tank, including holding still while focusing on the other fish so we can get a good look at the them, and the tank as a whole? And give us as much info about the tank set up/water parameters, recent changes etc. Answers to the above questions, plus how long you've had these fish, and anything else you think may help. Remember that we haven't all seen and memorised any of your previous threads, can't see the tank or fish or run tests ourselves, so we're relying on you to try to puzzle out what might have happened. Figuring out fish illness/deaths is really hard at the best of times, since we're not vets and many things can be the cause, so the more info you give us, the better the chances that someone can figure out what happened and hopefully prevent any further losses.

First it was lying in the corner of the tank on its side. then when I did the 50%water change it moved towards to middle. Its sitting properly now but breathing kinda fast.

twice weekly 50%. last changed Monday night. then this morning

I've just got a new filter so I am using the media that came with the filter.
Its a acuaclear 50. It has a sponge, carbon, and some ceramic I think.
It did put old media in the new filter.

I feed all the fish brine shrimp twice a week. Some flakes every day. Sometimes I skip a day.
Then specifically for the corys, sinking pellets

The other cory is still alive. Still in the same condition
From the brief glimpses of the other cories in the video, I thought they looked a bit pale/stressed/not moving as naturally as I'd hope... but I also wondered whether they just looked pale as a result of the substrate. Wonder if you had similar thoughts.
Sorry to keep asking for this stuff @connorlindeman , but since you're able to take and upload video, and that gives us a better sense of the fish since we can see movement too, can you try to get a longer video of the other cories please?
