Hi,

I spent heavy money on a nice driftwood, and I am now planning the layout around this stump.

The pice has the following measures: 50cm x 53cm x 40 cm (width, lenght , ,height).
The aquarium will have: (120 cm x 55 cm x 50) .
This won't be a high tech aquarium.
Mainly easy maintenaince plants: echinodorus blelheri (amazon sword), echinodorus ozelot, java fern, anubias, heteranthera zosterifolia, Sagittariasubulata...
Here is the driftwood:

What are your suggestions?

Thanks alot!

Looks good, use it as what it is. a tree stump, plant the top of the wood with some Microsorum to give the effect of it still being a tree in the scape. :good:

Aquarium and table ordered, should be delivered in 2 weeks.
Meanwhile I have some time to plan the layout.

The substrate will be ADA Aquasoil Amazonia (4 bags). I would like to add some stones.
What kind of stones do you think will be more balanced, on this type of layout: ada amazonia layout+ large centered root ?
Should i go with well rounded stones or sharp edges stones? Dark or Light?

Thank you!

Mini landscape rock would look good in there.
