Hi all i need help, well my fish do, i noticed last night that one of my silver tip tetras has a large grey bubble growing out of his bottom lip, i assumed this was due to an injury or something similar. I checked him again this morning and the bubble was still there and the same size, i also noticed that 2 of the neons also seemed to have developed the same problem since last night. there hasnt been any sign of fungus on the fish before this developed i have listed all the details that i think any one will need below. I have tried to post a link to a picture, hope it works lol.
Thanks
Sean

Just wanted to check as bubbe like lumps that move can be fish lice.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Any excess mucas on the body or gills.

Have added a larger piccie of the silver tip tetra hope this helps

no signs of flicking or rubbing and no visible mucas, the fish seems perfectly normal apart from the bubble

The pics are taking to long to load up.
Any greyish white patches on the mouth.
If no signs of flicking and rubbing and no excess slime I would take the bacterial route with 3 fish having the same thing.
Does the mouth and lips look swollen. Any signs of rotting.

no signs of rotting but on closer examination there does seem to be a white spot in the centre of the bubble, there is no grey or white patches on the mouth but the bubble is a grey colour

It would take the bacterial route.
Greyish white spots with a tinging of red can be columnaris spot.

Thanks for putting the piccie on there pippoodle i tried to do that but cldnt work out how lol and you are right he dont look good, ive also got 2 neons with the same problem

first thing i would do is do your weekly water change and then add the myazin for the 5 days
if there's no improvement with that one do another WATER change on day 6 50% and then add the interpet treatment on day 7

just see what wilder says though

It's up to you which one you use as there both ok.
