Help!! Betta jumped out of tank....

Please help me. We went to transfer our betta into our aquarium last night and when we were putting him into the tank he jumped and fell. Will he be ok? He is swimming and seems to be ok, but we can 't be sure.

Please let me know.

Everyone will or has dropped or had a fish jump and land on the floor.
They appear to be very resiliant creatures and if he swimming arround and seems fine then he should be OK.

So, far Fred is swimming and eating as usual. I felt so bad when he jumped and we didn't know whether to pick him up or scoop him up. Luckilly he jumped back into the net. There was a funny whitish color after we put him into the tank. The color eventually changed back to the regular maroon. But this morning he had a yellowish piece of I don't know what hanging out of the 2 front fins. I didn't know if he was hurt or relieving himself. But after about 15 minutes I think he rubbed on the rocks and it fell off. It is not there now. Let me know if there are any things that I can do.

just keep an eye on him. he should be fine like wet said. had my dovii jump out of the tank and flop around on the carpet while i ran around and tried to find something to scoop him up with and get him back into the tank. finally got him in and he swam around fuzzy and looking very upset about his new "sweater". he was fine though.
