Hi All,
I have had an Aquis 1050 external filter on my tank for 3 years. I took it apart for maintenance this afternoon, the same as always, but now I can't get it to prime.
I have checked the tube for kinks, both taps are 'on' (and connected to the head unit correctly, i.e. in to in and out to out), I have checked the pipes for blockages and the aquarium is nearly full of water.
Despite following the manual and checking the trouble shooting section I can still not get the cannister to prime and start my filter going again.
Has anyone else experienced this before?? Any suggestions on how I can get it going???
