Just wanted to say hi. I'm not new to the hobby but getting back into it. Hopping to set up what I think is a 40galon uniquarium. I've chosen to go fresh water as salt is to expensive for me. I want to set this tank up with live plant's. I have never done live plants, hopping someone here can help me and point me in the right path. Thanks ahead of time to all, Francisco M

Hi! Welcome to TFF. :)

I'm no good with live plants, but I know people on here that can make a drool-worthy jungle, so I'm sure all your questions will be answered.

Welcome aboard and hope you enjoy the forum.

By the way, what is a uniquarium?
Do excuse me if thats a silly qustion :x

As for live plants, well that depends, the size of tank, substrate, planned stocking and how much plants you want.

I would recommend easy to look after plants, such as Java Fern, Vallisneria, Elodea, some Cyrptornes to name but a few are all fairly easy to look after are good for beginners.
