Hello my name is Mike I am new to this site and figured I would just intoduce myself and my Figure Eight Katchu ( don't ask my fiance named it ) but here is a few pics.

Right now I have him in a 15 gal. with plenty of rocks and plant coverage and only one filter, but I am planning on moving in about a week and I am holding off on setting up the 20 gal tall tank and adding the filter. I will be taking the 15 gals of water with me to set up the new tank so everything will be ok I am hoping. I will be transporting him in a 5 gal. bucket with a bubble box (portable air pump) and it is only about a 30 min. drive. Do you all think he will be alright? I am open to comments and suggestions!

just make sure your filter media stays wet! shutting the tank down for an hour or so isn't that much different from just doing a water change (in my mind anyways). i think you'll be fine. cute fishy btw! how long have you had it?
