Hello everyone. I just got back into it after a long break (hard to keep tanks when your on the move). I have just got my first pair of Blue Rams to lay eggs! Very exciting.

Welcome back!
Another Aussie I see, good stuff. :D
What tanks and fish do you keep?

:hi: to the forum.
I notice more and more Aussies signing up lately, it's about time the kiwis start. :p

Welcome, Matt.

Blondie, the lack of kiwis just makes you all the more special......

Sadly, I only have room for a 100 L Tank atm, due to living in a very small house. I just set up today a new 60 L tank to use for potential Ram babies or to isolate my very belligerent catfish, who it seems, isn't that afraid of my rams. He has been use to the run of the tank, and the rams staking out their patch drives her nuts!
In looking at the eggs their are more unfertilised than fertilised, but not too bad for first attempt. If this first batch fails, I will give them the privacy of the new tank.

I have Dwarf Honey Gourami, Blue Rams, catfish and some glo light tetra's. They all get along well.

In passing I must comment on the high level of knowledge contributed by the forum members. Its a great resource.
