hi all looking forward to all the advice your going to give me just in process of setting up my new aquarium which i got as a present off my folks for xmas!
mistake no1 i asked someone at a garden centre who apparantly knew what he was talking about wether or not i could have sand in my tank for tropical fish considering i have an underwater gravel filter the dim wit said yes.
went home set up tank added sand and the filter got blocked cheers matey
have now gone out and bought gravel, will check on here before i ask him again lesson learnt
have decided to theme my tank and have chose egyptian and have pyramids and valley of the kings in my tank.
