Hello, im Jamie. Ive recently bought an AquaNano Aquaone 30 from Pets at Home and ive set it up for tropical fish.

at the moment my water is cloudy, im guessing this is just the start of the cycle from what i have been reading and it should clear after a couple of days with it passing though the filter and the pump.

I have the heater set at 24 degrees.

Im wandering what sort and how many fish are good for my first fish? i wanted bright colours, price is no exception just wanted your views on what is good?

im looking to become more active and help many other people on this forum as i begin to gain knowledge about the tropics.

thankyou

There's a thread you might be interested in: http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/416824-nano-fish/ by TekOot.
It's been a work in progress, but I think it is just about complete now. Hope it helps!

N.B. You'll need to go thro a full fishless cycle before adding any fish (it's much quicker and kinder to fish than the Fish-in cycling!). If you haven't already, take a look in the Beginners Resource Centre at the Fishless cycling article. It's a bit more complicated than LFSs make out!
