Hey guys, my name is Jon and I have a 36 gallon with 6 glass catfish, 1 dwarf catfish, 1 cory catfish, 2 neon tetras, 3 red eye tetras, 2 pleco (I forgot what kind), 1 dragonfish, 1 molly, 1 Veil Angelfish, and last but not least my most favorite, Gary, my albino Mystery Snail

Im about 3 months new, so im still in need of lots of information and im hoping to find lots of info here, so far I have already read so much.


Im a little confused about water levels though, ive been having a little trouble keeping my nitrite and nitrate levels down, but as every day goes by, I learn something new and im getting better at it and my fish seem to be doing just fine! Hopefully I can get some pictures up soon. Thanks for your time guys and gals!

Hi Jon,

Welcome to the forum! Just a wee tip for you...tetras prefer to be kept in groups of 6+ as they are naturally shoaling fish. Corys do better in groups of 4+. what are your exact water readings? post them on here and we will do our best to help.
