:hi:

Glad you joined us! You're going to find this is a very active forum, and since our members are from all over the globe, there's always activity.

What kind of setup(s) do you have now? We're very snoopy and want to know everything about your tanks and fish. And we LOVE photos!

Hello all , thank you so much for the warm welcomes etc , it is good to see so many fishaholics contributing information
about their tanks, fish, setups etc I have been busy reading through lots of the TFF threads regarding all types of issues
that the members have had over the last few years ,, very imformative and interesting there are some very clued up fishophiles
involved with this forum and I have already been made to feel very welcome..

It is so good to see a friendly helpful and sharing attitude towards helping each other out with tips and hints to all the common
and not so common issues regarding fish keeping I am finding the pinned topics very helpful , informative and relevant and I looking forward
to being activley involved in TFFs forums and friendly community.

A little bit more about me. At the moment I have over 50 Tanks the average size is 3ft x 14 x 18 quite a few of these are hooked up in series
a lot of them are individulised to suit the species of fish they contain I am interested in a lot of different species of fish from soft acid water based
fish from Amazon through to hard water alkaline based fish from Africa , Also I have quite a few tanks of cold water species ie fancy Goldfish ,Ranchus Cold water
Loaches etc. As you can imagine it takes up most of my time and I spend at least 10 to 13 hours a day looking out for my little fishes but as the give me so much pleasure
and I enjoy it immensly it never seems to feel like work at all and I often cant wait to get out of bed each morning to see how they all are going each day.

I also am a very keen amateur photographer so I am looking forward to posting lots of pics and threads , at the moment I am working out what size to do pics etc to upload
so I am slowly finding my way around ,, so look forward to seeing lots of posts soon . cheers for now :good:

G'Day from another Aussie, and a tip for uploading pictures. You will need an online photo account with something like Photobucket or Flicker. Once you have one of these just upload any pictures you want from your computer to the account. From there click on the picture you want to post in a topic and hit copy and then paste into the topic. I find it easier to have the two pages open at once, otherwise you tend to lose what you have written if you leave the page before posting the message.

Good day mate! Put another shrimp on the barbie!

Welcome to TFF mate,

What part of OZ are you from?

G'day from a another fellow Aussie. Where are you based by the way? I'm in Sydney trying to track down someone with some mature media to spare or sell in a few months time. Someone with 50 tanks could come in handy haha... :hyper:
