I have finally signed up after browsing the site as a guest for several weeks, I must say it has been tremendously helpful.

I've just set my 10 and 29 gallon tanks up after a couple of years empty.

Hi. Are you cycling them now then? What fish do you plan to keep?

Well at the moment I've literally just filled them and got everything up and running as I had to go back to uni for a couple of months - I was being impatient really should've waited to summer. Currently planning to have rams in the 29 gal and either honey gouramis or maybe cherry barbs in the 10 gal.

It's a joint project beweene me and my mum which seems to mean I had to do the heavy cleaning to get them presentable after they'd been left and research for the fish and she gets to watch them whilst I'm away.
