Hi there!
This is really a helpful site and i'm glad to find a forum here. I have been an owner of a 10 gallon tropical fresh water tank for over a year now and it is great.
I always thought I cared for it very well, but after reading just alittle bit from this site I realise I was missing half the picture...
Cycling... They tell you to wait maybe 2 days before putting fish in, but now I see major errors in that.
Atleast my loss of life has been pretty minimal, and some of the original fish are still alive!!
But now my girlfriend is buying a 20 gal tank (thats where i've had my tank for awhile now) because she has too many fish in it. So i'm taking over the 10 gal tank and gonna start brand new!! So I plan on staying active here on the forums.. hope to see everyone around.
