Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to fish and aquariums. My parents have had one for a long time and about a month and a half ago I decided to get my own tank for my room. And now begins the great fishy fun. I've had a few set backs on the way so far, but things seem to be stabalised now.
I am from the UK, in the county of Kent. I work in a school as an IT Tech too.
What else to say, nice to be here, got lots of read guide wise, I could do with some pointers though, particularly when it comes to guppies. Oh and my fav fish is the Male Siamese fighting fish (so pretty) I really want one
My tank story so far has had all sorts of ups and downs, more downs sadly, a couple of deaths. First lot seemed to be related to cycling not quite ready for the numbers of fish I had. Got the water tested and changed and it's all ok levels now. Still having trouble keeping guppies alive.
Current fish:
6x silver tipped tertas
4x Guppy (1 male 3 females)
4x Black phantoms
2x Angel Fish
1x Pictus catfish
