Fish Fanatic
I'm not new to forums, but I am new here. I've posted a couple of times, so far everyone seems friendly and helpful.
You know a little about my son's fish, here's a little about me and my family... we're from Long Island, NY. My son just turned 8 years old, and I just got married on June 18th to a wonderful man. I was married once before, let's hope the second time is the charm!!
We also have two cats, Pepper & Mooch. I still have to post up their pics here, haven't had a chance yet.
My husband & I went to Hawaii on our honeymoon, and while on Oahu I jumped into a shark cage. I have wanted to do that since I can remember, and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I will never forget it. Off the coast of the north shore of Oahu, I was in the water surrounded by about a dozen Galapagos sharks. It was just incredible. One of these days I should post up some pics!!
We just bought my son a 7-gallon tank for his birthday, this is his first experience with his own pets. Luckily he has seen how well I treat my cats and he knows to respect animals. So far he is doing great with his fish, who knows if someday we will expand the tank... anything is possible!!
I never realized how nice keeping fish could be... they are so pretty and graceful... fun to watch. I must admit I too have grown quite attached to them!!
