Just thought I'd drop a note introducing myself. My name is Derek, i'm in western massachusetts, I've had my aquarium for about 5-6 months now, it's a 55 gal freshwater with mostly small barbs.
I had some trouble recently with some fish dying on me, I think it was caused by introducing new fish from the pet store, possibly some disease, but they just started dying off, it seems to have stopped now, they've all(the ones that made it) been alive for about a week or so.
In any case, i'm hoping to become an active memeber and learn as much as possible while i'm here.
