I recently lost 4 peppered corries and one brisstle nose cat fish I think thet had slime so I treated for slime with a revitalising tonic, water change and put in a graphite filter. Then my clown loaches got poorly. They ahd white foam coming out of there gills and mouth so I treated them for fin rot (after a water change) one died and the other has crashed but hanging on in there. Ive used aloe vera stress coat but cant get the loach swimmimg again and to top it off one of my black widows now has a white film over its eye. These were all established fish. my tank is 4 trs old and all my water tests are ok a slightly lower ph is all. can anyone advise?

Need more info.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing against objects or laboured breathing.

possibly white spot if all your water levels seem to be ok.. have a good look at the remaining fish under good lighting and look for small white dots. it should be very obvious on the clown loach.
